��Abstract: Due to the large scale of investment in urban rail traffic and social influences, it got more and more attention by the country. Based on the construction of rail traffic line of Harbin for analysis, it is not hard to find that the consideration and measures for public interests and sustainable development on Harbin railway construction. But due to the evaluation of urban rail traffic project research has just begun, some aspects are not perfect, therefore, it is necessary to study for more in-depth on the evaluation system of social evaluation of urban rail traffic project, to ensure the Harbin rail traffic project implementation.
