On September 18th 2015, Mr. Wang Yi, Chairman of Sinosure, led a delegation to visit Uganda. During the visit, Mr. Wang attended Chinese enterprises symposium in Kampala, and held a meeting with Ms. Irene Muloni, Minister of Energy and Minerals and Mr. Keith Muhakaniz, Permanent Secretary to the Treasury respectively.
