SINOSURE Signs a Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation with Ministry of Finance of Saudi Arabia and National Debt Management Center

　　In recent years, under the leadership of heads of state of China and Saudi Arabia, synergy between China's Belt and Road Initiative and Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030" has been increasingly enhanced. The two sides have deepened their cooperation in such fields as trade, industrial capacity, and infrastructure with growing concrete results. Against this backdrop, SINOSURE established contacts with the Saudi Ministry of Finance and its subordinate agency, the National Debt Management Center (NDMC). In November 2023, Mr. Xu Xinwei, Vice President of SINOSURE visited Saudi Arabia and reached a consensus with NDMC on establishing overall cooperation mechanism and signing a MOU. Recently, the MOU was signed by Mr. Xu Xinwei and Mr. Hani AlMedaini, CEO of NDMC, on behalf of the two sides.
